The Services
This 90-minute session begins with a brief check-in, offering space to share anything you’d like Morgan to know about your body before you begin. After introductions, you’ll be guided through the tools that will support you throughout the experience. The heart of the session is a 60-minute movement practice designed to both strengthen and soften the body, inviting ease, release, and focus. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and subtly energized, with a renewed sense of connection to your body.
This 75-minute session begins with a 15-minute refresher, revisiting the tools and foundational movements introduced in session one. The remaining 60 minutes unfold into a fluid movement practice designed to both strengthen and soften the body where dance meets Pilates, meets yoga, meets myofascial release. Expect a rhythmic, intuitive experience that encourages ease, mobility, and a deeper sense of embodied awareness.

Location
Sessions are designed to meet you where you are. Morgan can travel to your home, guide you outdoors in a nearby park when weather allows, or hold the session virtually, offering the same intentional, grounded experience wherever you choose to practice.
