Relax & Regulate in Order to Create
If there’s one thing I’m still learning to master, it’s the art of regulating my nervous system. Each day offers a fresh opportunity, and sometimes a challenge, to discover peace within my body. To some, this may feel like a distant idea. Some may say they’ve found their rhythm. Others may not yet realize their nervous system is out of tune. Wherever you are on the path, I wanted to offer this theta-inducing meditation to guide you into rest, and if you’re open, into a space where you can begin to create your life from the heart.
In this 10 minute guided journey, you’ll drift into deep relaxation and meet the voice of your intuition. The sounds and visuals are designed to ease you into the theta brainwave state. It’s in this liminal space, backed by science, that the body begins to shift, soften, and heal. On an energetic level, this practice invites you to co-create your life from a place of inner stillness.
Some of the language in this meditation may feel unfamiliar. Let that be okay. Soften your grip, and let yourself be carried by the rhythm of my voice and the music. Once the guided portion ends, stay with the binaural tones. Begin to dream your future forward without any limits. Feel into the realness of the life you desire: the home, the relationships, the abundance, the purpose. Return to this meditation daily, and watch as your vision begins to take root, unfolding in its own perfect timing.
